Also called as Bendekai Sihi Huli (in Kannada).

As the name suggests this dish has a distinct sweet and sour taste. This gravy is thick in consistency and hence goes well with dosa and chapathi. This can be used as a side dish for rice. The yellowish gravy in contrast to the green colour of the lady’s finger  is pleasing to the eye.
