Are you wondering what is thondore ? Thondore is a steam cooker. You will find a Thondore in almost all the Mangalorean homes. Thondore is a konkani name for the traditional steam cooker used mainly for making Sanna (a Mangalorean version of Idli) and other delicious south indian savouries.
